Club Documents and Reports

This section contains documents commonly used by Clubs and by their Presidents and Secretary/Treasurers.

Your record of Elected Officers for the next Optimist year is required by May 20th each year. It is required to be submitted as one of the requirements of being an Honour/Distinguished Club. Club Officer Elect Report
